Ambassador Safa Khaldi welcomed today Mr. Peter Švestka, the Slovak member of the Global Sumud Flotilla, who returned safely to Slovakia a few days ago after being released from the detention of the Israeli occupation authorities. Madam Ambassador Khaldi expressed her thanks and appreciation for the noble spirit of Mr. Švestka and his colleagues of the GSF, who did their best to provide humanitarian aid to the Palestinian citizens in Gaza. Their courage and humanity will be remembered in history.
